Thermal Area of the SPA Center “Garden Ring” is the ideal place for those ones who wish to take their mind off worries and rest after a long and eventful day or simply gain energy. Beautiful sounds of calm music, aromas of exotic essential oils, relaxing lighting and the purl of water will carry you away into your own paradise.
Thermal Area is one of the main functional areas of our Moscow SPA Center. Here you can have different treatments based on various states and temperatures of water. You can relax in one of our steam rooms, then invigorate in “shower of experiences” and try “ice fountain”. Of course, you can also have hydromassage in the swimming pool with counter current.
Visiting Thermal Area of the SPA Center “Garden Ring” is free for guests of the hotel.

Swimming pool
SPA swimming pool with counter current and hydromassage. The depth is from 1,1m. to 1,8m., the size is 7,8m x 4,7m., water temperature is 24-25C.
Traditional steam room
Warming your body is great especially in terms of preparing it for more treatments. Natural herbal vapors, combined with the smell of highland wood help draw out toxins from the body and take care of your skin and respiratory system.
Herbal room
Soft steam combined with phyto extracts and essential oils promotes detoxication, provides stress relieve in the whole body and improves skin condition.
Shower of experiences
This is an amazing treatment that helps relax and unwind. This unusual shower has a soft hydro-massage and anti-stress effect. It includes refreshing rain, hydro-massage, chrome-therapy, waterfall, birds singing and spring rainstorm.
Ice fountain
After heat it feels like you need some cold. Splashes of ice fountain (tiny round icicles) relieve stress and anxiety, strengthen skin and blood vessels, stimulate lymph and blood circulation, improve immune system and provide a real energy boost after sauna.
Rest area
You can take a break and relax after a steam room on a sun lounge and drink some aromatic tea. Restaurant “Garden Ring” also provides catering in the SPA Center, so you can choose what you want from the restaurant’s menu.
Aqua exercise bike
Aqua exercise bike is an effective and safe means of keeping your body fit.
Aqua exercise bike provides work out for all groups of muscles and is suitable both for people who are experienced in aqua fitness and those who are just starting.
Night SPA
Our SPA Center can also be rented at night time from 11 pm till 7 am.
Renting Thermal Area:
For 1-5 people 20 000 / 3 hours
For 6-10 people 30 000 / 3 hours
Reservation is required.
Aroma steam room
The main difference of the aroma steam room from saunas is the temperature. It’s not as hot as the Russian sauna or other types of saunas (the temperature ranges from 30 to 55 degrees), which is ideal for people who don’t like heat or simply cannot tolerate it.
